deWoodstok needs the following data in order to proceed orders and enquiries:

• First name and last name
• Company name
• VAT number (if available)
• Email address
• Mailing address

deWoodstok never asks for more information than necessary, in order to proceed an order or enquiry. deWoodstok saves data of customers in a database. If you’d like your- or your companies data – known to us – to be deleted or adjusted; send your request by using our contact form and provide us your information. Within two weeks we will cope with your request.

deWoodstok incidentally sends newsletters to customers who provided their information to deWoodstok.

Data of customers are not used for other purposes.
